Realme has great ambitions: it wants to become the fifth most important smartphone brand in the European market by 2021, and to create an articulated ecosystem of products that go beyond smartphones. The Chinese company used the IFA 2020 stage not so much – or rather, not only – to talk about its products, but to trace a growth path that finds one of its fulcrums in Europe. Realme has confirmed that it has opened its new headquarters in Berlin, that it has formed a European sales and marketing team and that it wants to expand its presence in the most important markets of our continent, including Italy.
Among the products that will arrive very early in the European market mention was made of the recent series of Realme 7 smartphones presented yesterday in India and formed by Realme 7 and 7 Pro, while as regards the 'smart' devices, the arrival of the Smart Cam 360 ° (camera of surveillance) and the Realme Smart Bulb (a smart bulb); on the audio side there are the Buds Wireless Pro earphones with active noise cancellation (ANC).
As for the new products, Realme has limited itself to anticipating the main features without going into the details of the technical data sheets.
On the other hand, both the Realme V5 and the X7 series of smartphones (X7 and X7 Pro) – also fresh from presentation – are scheduled for the fourth quarter of the year, together with the true wireless Buds Air Pro earphones (always with ANC functionality) and to the Watch S Pro smartwatch.
The distribution of the Narzo smartphone line is generally set for the next few months, which debuted in May in India and is currently made up of two models Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A
It does not yet have an official distribution date of the Smart TV 55 ", which has nonetheless appeared on stage:
An all-round strategy in which IoT devices will also play a fundamental role. Realme expects that by the end of the year it will put on the market over 50 IoT devices divided into the four main categories of smart audio, smart wearable, smart TV and smart speaker. For next year, Realme aims to double this figure.
