Prince of Persia may now be ready to return: it is rumored that the long-awaited remake of one of the most famous games of all time will be presented in just a few days, during the Ubisoft Forward streaming event, which will be held on 10 September at 9 pm (the connection with the pre-show will start at 8 pm). The source of the indiscretion is quite solid: we talk about Jason Schreier, journalist of Bloomberg. Other outlets echoed Schreier in the hours immediately following.
For some time there has been talk of a possible new chapter of the franchise born in the late 80s. A couple of weeks ago, the site of a Guatemalan video game retailer had mistakenly posted several advertising material related to the project, with an estimated release date for November 2020 and compatible Switch and PS4 platforms. It is difficult to say how many of these details are true or placeholders, unfortunately.
