Radeon RX 5300 has been unveiled by AMD without too many claims: it is a new budget graphics card based on Navi 14 RDNA architecture at 7nm.
The technical specifications leave no room for interpretation, as already mentioned, inside there is the Navi 14 GPU, the same present in the Radeon RX 5500 XT series, consisting of 22 CUs and 1408 stream processors. Same graphic core, therefore, but lower frequencies: RX 5300 manages to go up to 1645MHz in boost mode.
The computing power manages to reach a maximum peak of 4.63 TeraFlops, values slightly lower than those of the older sister (5.2). As for the internal memory, there are 3GB of GDDR6 RAM, with consumption that amounted to 100W.
The reference benchmarks shown by AMD compare the RX 5300 to an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 OC, promising superior performance in every test performed.
