Microsoft announced the Surface Neo tablet with a fold-out screen at the end of last year. During the announcement, the American company from Redmond announced that the device would appear on the market at the end of 2020.

Panos Panay, product head at Microsoft, has announced during a conversation with The Verge that the release of the Surface Neo tablet has been delayed. “We want to release the Surface Neo at the right time and with the right experience. It's a product that is close to my heart, ”said Panos Panay.
The Microsoft Surface Neo tablet has two wafer-thin LCD screens. There is no fold in the screen, but they are two separate screens that operate together. There is a hinge between the two screens.
The device weighs 655 grams and is 5.6 millimeters thin, when folded, the tablet is slightly thicker than one centimeter. It is also possible to connect a keyboard to the tablet and there is support for a stylus pen.
Under the hood, the Microsoft Surface Neo features Intel's hybrid processor Lakefield and runs on Windows 10X. The control system is specially designed for devices with folding screens.
