The first update for Microsoft Flight Simulator is approaching, the title of Asobo Studio and Microsoft that we told you about in a dedicated special. The simulator has already been available for a few days but, despite offering an unprecedented flight experience, the current build has several bugs – some hilarious – and does not offer good performance with different hardware configurations.
Part of these problems could be corrected on August 27th, when Asobo and Microsoft release the first Flight Simulator update. At the moment there are no details regarding the changes and corrections that will be introduced, however we expect the change log to be nice full-bodied. While waiting for the update to be distributed, the development team has created a portal where you can ask for assistance regarding the most common problems; if you find any, you should take a look at it.
Probably the update will not introduce new content, or at least not the most anticipated ones, such as support for virtual reality, multi-player and the mysterious single-player campaign. We will publish an article with all the details as soon as the patches are available.
