Far Cry 6 will not be voiced in Italian, but players can at least count on subtitles. Information on the title presented at Ubisoft Forward is provided by the official website, where a statement clearly indicates that Far Cry 6 will not support audio in Italian and Spanish.
The news will certainly generate some controversy as Ubisoft has always supported our language in its games with accurate and precise dubbing. However, it is not excluded that the choice is attributable to the current health situation, with the hope that Italian audio can also be added later.
The sixth chapter of Far Cry will debut on February 18, 2021 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC (Epic Games and Uplay) and Stadia. Far Cry 6 will "catapult" the player into a modern guerrilla experience set in Yara, a tropical island controlled by Antón Castillo's dictatorial regime, played by Giancarlo Esposito (Gus Fring in Breaking Bad). In the new chapter of the historic franchise, Dani Rojas will take on the role of doing everything possible to stop the bloody plans of Castillo and his followers.
