If this morning's movie, the one in which DOOM Eternal is shot in 4K, at maximum details and well over 120 fps thanks to an RTX 3080, had made you want to expect more from the Android version of DOOM and DOOM II, know that Bethesda has thought of you with the latest update of the two games.
As of the past few hours, in fact, both DOOM and DOOM II offer native support for 90 and 120 fps, so if you have a smartphone capable of supporting a 90 or 120Hz refresh rate you can now use it to run the two famous titles to their fullest potential. The update also introduces support for the 16: 9 aspect ratio – even if now more and more devices adopt 18: 9 and beyond -, and add-ons made with DeHackEd.
The support that is reserved for these two games continues to amaze, which update after update become more and more complete and able to justify the asking price. In fact, we recall that at the beginning of the year support for 60 fps was introduced for both the Android and iOS versions.
