Waiting for iOS 14, now in its sixth beta version, Apple has released iOS 13.7, a major update that comes about a month after the release of iOS 13.6.
With iOS 13.7, a new system has been implemented regarding exposure notifications that does not require the download of a specific app to activate the function even if to verify a positive case at the moment a public health app is still required, in our case Immuni.
The update is available over-the-air via the appropriate menu in the settings. Apple has also released a new version 13.7 of iPadOS focused on fixing bugs.
After the update there will be a new section "Exposure Notification" in the Settings where there is a switch to enable notifications. Activation lets you know if the feature is available in your country, state or region via a contact tracking app.
