Apple released the new beta 5 for developers dedicated to macOS 11 Big Sur last night. The update does not introduce significant changes compared to previous versions and it seems that at the moment it is not compatible with the iMac 27 "2020 announced in early August.
We remind you that the new version of macOS represents a significant leap both in terms of the aesthetics of the operating system – now completely redesigned also in aspects such as the Notification Center and the brand new Control Center – and from the point of view of the code, seen which is the first build to support Apple Silicon-based Macs. For more details on the news of Big Sur, please refer to the article of its presentation.
Apple also stopped signing iOS and iPadOS 13.6 about a week after the release of iOS / iPadOS 13.6.1, following the usual timelines. This means that it will no longer be possible to downgrade to this version in order to exploit any flaws capable of allowing the jailbreak.
