AOC updates the G2 gaming monitor line with four new models that combine high performance at a decidedly competitive price. The new series clearly improves the technical characteristics compared to the first models announced in September 2019, offering higher refresh rate and curved panels that optimize the gaming experience, making it more immersive and realistic.
The products presented, respectively C24G2AE / C24G2U (23.8 ") and C27G2AE / C27G2U (27"), practically share all the technical characteristics as regards the panel; It should be noted, however, that models with the U suffix additionally offer a height-adjustable stand and a four-port USB 3.2 hub.
For these monitors, AOC has used Full-HD VA panels with 1500R curvature, capable of offering viewing angles of 178/178 ° and a typical contrast that reaches 4000: 1 for the 27 "models (those from 24 stop at 3000: 1).
Performance is ensured by a refresh rate of 165 Hz and a response time of 1ms (MPRT), without forgetting the FreeSync Premium, MBR (Motion Blur Reduction) and Low Input Lag support, these measures that further optimize the gameplay.
Finally, we point out the presence of the now inevitable G-Menu that allows you to manage settings, presets and other features such as the Dial Point and the Game Color option.
